We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The villas were beautiful and spacious, with private pools and stunning views of the caldera. The hotel staff, especially Niki, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They upgraded us to a bigger villa at no extra cost, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, they helped us secure a car rental at a great price and provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel also recommended some nearby taverns that served delicious traditional food. The location of the hotel was peaceful and quiet, away from the crowded tourist areas. We enjoyed the tranquility and the fact that it was a bit far from the main village center, as it allowed us to truly relax and unwind.
